Your company agrees to adhere to the following conditions while utilizing MyNiceJob
Inc.
Your company shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
of any employment requirements that are placed on the MyNiceJob system.
Your company will be responsible for posting jobs under the appropriate category
on Mynicejob.
Your company will only post exiting employment requirement. Any general solicitations
will be allowed.
Contact information will be included automatically in the advertisement. Posting
of contact information within the text or body of the listing will not be permitted.
The sale or rental of account information is prohibited. All account usage is
for registered users.
Coping of other companies' positions and passing them off as your own will not
be allowed.
Your company shall only place positions on Mynicejob that it has a direct agreement
with hiring parties for placement.
Your company shall only share or make available candidate information for the
purpose of filling posted positions.
Your company shall only use the tools available on Mynicejob to search the site.
You shall not attempt to use any third party tool or agent such as robots or spiders
to download the information contained within Mynicejob.
Your company agrees to remove any listing within 24 hours after the position is
filled.
The sharing of passwords or login information is forbidden. Each user on the systems
must have their own account. Mynicejob may terminate service if a company is found
to be sharing accounts. No refund will be given.
Because you will have access to Mynicejobs database, all contracts are final.
Please consider opening a free account if you wish to test the system. You can
later upgrade to a paid account.
Mynicejob reserves the right to remove posting deemed unsuitable for publication
on the site.
MyNiceJob assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by
your company. Selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based
solely on your company's investigation, verification and determination that such
hire is suitable for your company's purposes.
Your company agrees to and will hold harmless MyNiceJob from any claims, damages
or losses incurred by your company or any other party as a result of your use
of the MyNiceJob system.
Usage of Mynicejob is transferable to any successors of your company or to anyone
replacing any of your employees.
Failure to comply with the above items may result in removal of your account from
MyNiceJob Inc. No refund with is given if a company violates Mynicejobs guidelines.
